Founded in 1904, Manchester University Press is the third largest university press in England. Manchester University Press has a worldwide reputation for making innovative and high-quality scholarship available to the widest possible readership in both print and electronic formats, with particular strengths in the Humanities and Social Sciences. We currently publish 145 new books a year and manage a portfolio of 15 journals, many of which are published on behalf of or in collaboration with learned societies and institutions.
