Swarna Bharathi Institute of Science & Technology (SBIT), established in the year 2003 by a group of educationists and philanthropists is a pioneering and the first engineering Institution located in Khammam town. SBIT is one of the very few Institutions permanently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The college offers both UG & PG courses – B. Tech. (CSE, ECE, EEE, ME & CIVIL), MBA & Diploma. SBIT is unique in having highly technical, experienced and outstanding educationists, having international exposure at the helm of its affairs. SBIT has been recognized under section 2(f) 12(B) of the UGC Act 1956.
